Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years current housekeeping experience within a hotel environment
- Strong understanding of hotel room cleaning standards and procedures
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Prepare rooms efficiently for arrivals, stayovers, and departures
- Ensure all guest amenities are correctly replenished
- Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in bedrooms and bathrooms
- Ensure linen, surfaces, and furnishings are presented impeccably
- Assist with cleaning corridors, service areas, and assigned public spaces when required
- Ensure housekeeping trolleys are fully stocked with linen, guest supplies, and cleaning products
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or room defects promptly
- Respond professionally and courteously to guest requests and escalate concerns where necessary
- Strong attention to detail
