We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our clients team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office and assist with daily property administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and office support to the team
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Prepare, update, and maintain property-related documentation and records
- Assist with listings, contracts, and property files
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
- Capture and maintain accurate information on internal systems
- Handle filing, scanning, and document management
- Assist agents with marketing material and general administration
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional client communication
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience essential
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Professional appearance and telephone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport advantageous
