Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in recruitment, executive search, or staffing services.
- Proven ability to drive recruitment strategies and operational excellence in a national role.
- Strong background in business development and client engagement within the recruitment industry.
- Experience in managing multi-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance.
- Sound understanding of Labour Relations Act (LRA), TES regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI, digital tools, and sourcing technologies to drive recruitment innovation.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Ability to drive operational efficiencies and enhance revenue streams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Networking and industry presence to maintain market relevance.
- Valid driver’s license
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy- Provide strategic leadership for the Permanent Recruitment and Executive Search divisions on a national scale.
- Partner with senior executives to shape business strategies, including growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Align talent acquisition strategies with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Drive process innovation and digital transformation in recruitment operations.
- Work closely with the Finance Director to monitor budgets, financial targets, and revenue generation.
- Ensure that all recruitment teams deliver high-quality services, meeting financial and operational KPIs.
- Implement best-in-class recruitment methodologies and technology-driven solutions.
- Oversee recruitment performance metrics, ensuring efficiency and productivity in talent acquisition.
- Drive compliance, governance, and risk management in all recruitment and executive search functions.
- Optimize candidate attraction and engagement strategies, including leveraging Map & Attract, headhunting, and market research.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries (State-Owned Entities, Mining, Finance, Engineering, Oil & Gas, FMCG, IT & Telecommunications).
- Strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and business growth.
- Represent the business at industry forums, networking events, and corporate engagements.
- Support the Director of TES in driving Temporary Employment Services (TES) strategies, ensuring seamless integration with permanent recruitment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment professionals across various locations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Mentor senior recruitment specialists, managers, and executives, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Implement training programs to elevate recruitment best practices and operational excellence.
