Site Administrator

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• 45 years' experience in a similar Site Administration role within a mining environment
• Ability to pass medical fitness assessments and criminal background screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site operations
• Maintain and update site records, reports and documentation
• Capture, process and file operational and personnel information
• Assist with timesheets, attendance registers and workforce administration
• Coordinate communication between site personnel, contractors and management
• Ensure administrative compliance with company and site procedures
• Manage office supplies, correspondence and general site administration duties
