Location: Durban Phoenix Branch
Work within a dynamic finance team supporting multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities
- Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and inter-company reconciliations
- Process journals, accruals, and monthly close activities
- Manage the fixed assets, depreciation, and asset registers
- Support VAT, statutory payments, and year-end audit requirements
- Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance duties
Skills & Requirements:
- Bookkeeping Diploma
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage X3
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
