Location: Durban Phoenix Branch

Work within a dynamic finance team supporting multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers across multiple entities
  • Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and inter-company reconciliations
  • Process journals, accruals, and monthly close activities
  • Manage the fixed assets, depreciation, and asset registers
  • Support VAT, statutory payments, and year-end audit requirements
  • Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance duties

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bookkeeping Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Sage X3
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
