Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end logistics strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Lead and manage logistics operations including inventory management, warehousing, freight, and transportation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, and customer service to align supply chain objectives.
- Oversee compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyse logistics data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions.
Manage budgets, negotiate contracts with suppliers and carriers, and ensure operational KPIs are met or exceeded.
Requirements- Proven experience (15+ years) in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role .
- Strong knowledge of logistics software systems and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment .
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
