Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple technology projects across a dynamic fintech product environment. This role is ideal for a confident and organised professional who thrives in managing complex implementations, engaging with clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams across product, development, data, and operational functions.
You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through to implementation and post-go-live review. The role requires someone who can balance client expectations with internal priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to quality and compliance standards.

What You’ll Do- Manage multiple concurrent technology and implementation projects
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
- Facilitate client onboarding, kickoff meetings, and project status engagements
- Translate technical and business requirements into actionable deliverables
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
- Drive issue resolution and escalation management across stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, operations, and support
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred
- Minimum 6 years’ project management experience within fintech, banking, or payment solutions environments
- Strong experience using Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Exposure to APIs, systems integrations, and payment technologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management capability
- Strong organisational, reporting, and documentation skills
- Projects delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
- Strong client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
- Effective management of project risks, issues, and change requests
- Clear communication and alignment across technical and business teams
- Consistent project governance, reporting, and documentation standards
- Continuous improvement in delivery processes and team collaboration
