Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead and train front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage reservations, guest relations, and handle any service issues professionally
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation in collaboration with the culinary team
  • Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and staff schedules
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in achieving revenue and cost targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of food and beverage trends, POS systems, and inventory control
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
