  • Qualification as a Laboratory Technologist (BTech / BSc Medical Bioscience or equivalent)
  • Active HPCSA registration
  • At least 1 year of laboratory experience (clinical, research, or academic)
  • Current SA-GCP certification
  • Strong organisational, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Confidence working with data and maintaining confidentiality

Your technical expertise will support high-quality laboratory processes that underpin reliable research outcomes.

🚀 What youll own:

  • Performing protocol-required and clinically indicated laboratory assays
  • Receiving, processing, and preparing specimens with precision
  • Managing the storage, shipping, and tracking samples
  • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting of results
  • Supporting data quality through query resolution and record-keeping
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment, consumables, and stock levels
  • Following and upholding strict laboratory safety and compliance standards
  • Collaborating with clinical teams, labs, and study stakeholders.

Your work will directly support the accuracy and integrity of research data used to improve patient care and outcomes.

📍 Role Information:
