Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & SalesPromote and sell hydraulic parts and components
Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries
Conduct client visits to assess requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Provide technical support and product knowledge to assist clients
Achieve or exceed set sales targets
Ensure excellent after-sales service and professionally manage customer queries
Logistics, Reporting & CollaborationMaintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and client data
Provide regular feedback and reports to management
Collaborate with warehouse, technical, and procurement teams to ensure correct stock availability and timely delivery
Ensure all sales processes are carried out professionally and accurately
Unique ChallengesHandle customer complaints and challenging situations professionally
Perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
Accurately identify client hydraulic specifications and application needs
Minimum Requirements
Hydraulic KnowledgeProven experience and knowledge of hydraulic pipes, fittings, and components
Solid understanding of hydraulic systems, parts, and applications
Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide sound technical advice
Experience25 years experience in sales of hydraulic equipment, industrial components, or engineering supplies
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Skills & AttributesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong technical and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid drivers license and own transport
Computer literacy
