Payroll / HR Administrator (Contract)

Successful candidate will have a completed National Diploma in HR / Payroll Administration, coupled with 8 years related experience in Payroll and HR processes. Provide operational and system support to stabilise payroll and HR processes, address existing backlogs and implement efficiencies within the HR system (Workday).
The role is specifically focussed on enabling the team to meet critical deadlines, optimise system utilisation, eliminate manual processes and ensure that sustainable processes are embedded and maintained beyond the contract period. Workday and SAGE VIP essential as well as relevant experience in supporting payroll processes in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.

Demonstrated experience in process improvement, system optimisation or project support as well as experience with leave administration and system migration (ESS to Workday).
