Join a team where precision, people, and purpose intersect. As a Payroll/HR Administrator you’ll ensure our employees are paid on time, in full, always legally, while supporting critical HR functions that keep our organization running smoothly and compliantly.
What You'll Do:
- Run payroll for monthly, weekly, and subcontractor staff using Sage VIP Cloud – accurately and on time.
- Maintain payroll and leave records, ensuring compliance with MEIBC, MIBFA, and SARS.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, psychometrics, onboarding, and internal communications.
- Assist with performance reviews, disciplinary prep, and HRIS updates.
- Ensure HR practices meet ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Support BBBEE reporting, EMP501 submissions, and HR audits.
- Actively contribute to our safety culture, performance tracking, and HR documentation systems.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years HR/payroll experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Sage VIP Cloud experience (mandatory).
- Familiarity with MIBFA/MEIBC regulations and HRIS platforms.
- Matric + HR Diploma (NQF5) or similar qualification.
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
