- Lead the Facilities, Transport & Security functions.
- Organisational Unit Staff Management
- Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead the Estate Management Strategic Plan
- Environment, Grounds & Estate Management
- Transportation Services Management
- Campus Security & Safety Management
- Investigations Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree in Facilities Management /Estate Management/Property Management/Civil Engineering.
- 8 years minimum related experience.
- 3 years in managerial capacity, overseeing any of the following: Facilities & Estate Management.
ADDED ADVANTAGES:
- Valid PSIRA GRADE A
- Engineering Council of SA (ECSA) Registration or
- Accredited Facilities Professional (SAFMA) (added advantage) or
- SACFM/IFMA professional membership (facilities management).
- Membership with CIPS/Logistics Professional body.
