Senior Manager: Project Planning, Maintenance & Infrastructure

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Lead the Projects & Planning, Infrastructure & Maintenance functions.
- Organisational Unit Staff Management.
- Financial Planning & Budgeting.
- Infrastructure Maintenance Planning Management.
- Infrastructure Project Management for Large Capital Projects.
- Infrastructure / Built Environment Maintenance Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree in Built Environment (Civil/Structural Engineering)
- 8 years minimum experience in the Built Environment.
- 3 years in managerial capacity, leading a team of professionals.
- Proven experience in project management track record in the built environment.
- Professional registration in the following: Engineering Council of SA (ECSA), Project Management SA (PMSA), Project Management Institute (PMI) & South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES:
- 5 years minimum experience in management of infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience in a higher education context an added advantage.
