This role involves: Managing the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
Performing bank and credit card reconciliationsCompleting monthâend processing and financial reconciliations
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders
Coordinating import shipments and clearing documentation
Placing stock orders with international suppliers
Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-5 years bookkeeping experience
Experience with accounting software (Xero, Sage, Pastel or similar)Strong Excel skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willing to learn operational and logistics processes
Qualification: Matric
