Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar administrative role in healthcare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and MS Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, patient-focused environment
