Your Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will operate as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates while managing your own desk and driving business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients across your market.
- Conducting client meetings and gaining a thorough understanding of hiring needs.
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement.
- Advising clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Negotiating offers and facilitating successful placements.
- Achieving individual sales and performance targets.
- Staying informed on industry trends and market developments.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a target-driven environment.
- Confidence in engaging with decision-makers and building professional relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
