About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and growing your own client portfolio. This is a business development-focused role where your ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver results will directly impact your success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business through cold calling, client engagement, networking, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within your specialised sector.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring requirements and business needs.
- Source, screen, interview, and assess high-calibre candidates.
- Manage recruitment assignments from vacancy briefing through to successful placement.
- Provide market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful hiring outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Continuously develop market knowledge and industry expertise.
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence when engaging with senior decision-makers.
