Creditors / Cashbook Clerk

An established and growing property-focused organisation is looking for a Creditors / Cashbook Clerk to join their finance team. If you're independent, accurate, and experienced in handling multiple entities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties:

• Full creditors function for approximately 12 entities
• Accurate reconciliation and processing of cashbooks
• Preparing and executing creditor payments via internet banking
• Requesting and managing monthly accounts from municipalities, Eskom, SLAs, and other vendors
• Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations using Excel

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma in Accounting

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Creditors / Cashbook Clerk
• Solid working knowledge of MDA or MRI Property Central
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Previous property industry experience would be an advantage
• Team player who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
