Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical architecture, standards, and major infrastructure decisions.
• Convert client needs into best‑practice solutions and support L1L3 escalations.
• Oversee daily service delivery, SLAs, team performance, and monitoring.
• Manage end‑to‑end client projects, scopes, risks, vendors, and change control.
• Own patching, backups, security posture, audits, and proactive monitoring.
• Drive team leadership, performance reviews, development plans, and resourcing.
• Collaborate across departments, support sales, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Enforce standards and compliance while driving automation, innovation, and technical improvements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in IT or a related field.
• Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator certification preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification advantageous.
• Fortinet NSE certifications beneficial.
• 57+ years experience in an MSP environment.
• Proven leadership of small to mid-sized technical teams.
• Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft 365 and networking.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects and performing lifecycle/risk-based infrastructure analysis.
