Property Manager / Residence Manager - Student Accomodation

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee dayâtoâday building operations
- Manage tenant queries, complaints, and conflict resolution
- Maintain operational standards and site discipline
- Drive rent collections and reduce arrears
- Monitor arrears reports and outstanding balances
- Engage tenants directly regarding nonâpayment and payment plans
- Liaise with finance to ensure accurate allocations and reporting
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facilities services
- Manage onâsite staff and service providers
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational and collections reports
- Analyse data using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate records and reporting discipline
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field, or relevant industry experience
- 35 years experience in building or residential property management
- Exposure to student accommodation or highâdensity residential environments (preferred)
- Proven experience in rent collection and arrears management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills (nonânegotiable)
- Good communication, problemâsolving, and organisational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Ability to live on site (accommodation negotiable)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
