Field Sales Representative - Insurance Products

We are looking for motivated and goal-driven Insurance Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As part of our sales force, youll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most their lives, families, and futures.

You will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a range of insurance products (life, funeral, medical, and/or short-term).
• Approach potential clients through fieldwork, leads, referrals, or networking.
• Conduct needs analysis to identify appropriate cover for each client.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and costs clearly to clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales service.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
