As a Lodge Anchor, you'll be an indispensable part of our lodge operations, acting as a pivotal point of contact for guests and supporting various aspects of our daily flow. Your strong food and beverage knowledge will be key to enhancing our dining experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Liaison: Be a welcoming and engaging presence, assisting guests with inquiries, requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
- Food & Beverage Support: Assist with meal service, including setting up dining areas, serving guests, and ensuring an exceptional culinary experience. Your F&B background will be vital in recommending pairings and handling special dietary needs.
- Operational Assistance: Support lodge management with various tasks, including stock control for the bar and kitchen, inventory management, and maintaining the impeccable presentation of lodge areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen, guiding, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address any guest concerns or operational challenges with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on food and beverage service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to serve guests.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a remote lodge environment.
- A valid driver's license is often required for lodge roles.
