Junior Sales Representative

This role focuses on driving sales by presenting and promoting company products and services, building strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving set targets.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Recently qualified Marketing, Sales or Business graduates
• 13 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG (but not limited to this industry)
• Strong computer literacy with sound numeracy and technical aptitude
• Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle is compulsory
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage fortnightly call schedules and client visits.
• Classify, segment, and prioritise clients to maximise growth opportunities
• Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
• Implement and support promotional activities as per company guidelines
• Build and grow market share across all product categories.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service effectiveness
• Compile and submit accurate weekly sales and ADAPT reports within set deadlines.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
• Manage sales administration and reporting processes to company standards.
• Ensure client deliveries and service execution meet company expectations
