Job Requirements:
3-year tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or Agricultural Science Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A confident, energetic, and determined approach
Ability to communicate with customers at all levels
The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with potential and exciting customers
Sound technical understanding and ability to problem solve customers' problems and offer solutions
This is a regional sales role, so the ability to travel is important
Valid drivers license
Strong business acumen
Key responsibilities are, but not limited to: New business and market development - Grow existing market segments and develop and enter /disrupt new
markets and applications Local and international competitor analysis and product benchmarking
Tracking and actively building and expanding the regional sales footprint
Building, maintaining and managing excellent supplier relations
Understanding customer requirements, offering technical support and solution selling

Monitoring of our paper trays and products in trade to ensure fit-for-purpose performance
