Internal Sales Coordinator

A global manufacturer within the industrial valve sector is looking for a technically strong Internal Sales Representative to support customers, distributors, and external sales teams across a range of process industries. This office-based role is ideal for someone with hands-on valve and actuation knowledge who thrives in a structured, fast-paced technical sales environment.
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Proven internal sales experience within an industrial or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial valves and actuation products
- Exposure to butterfly valves, ball valves, knife gate valves, actuators, and accessories
- Experience within industries such as mining, water, oil & gas, power, or manufacturing
- Strong quotation and order processing experience
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Technical qualification advantageous
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations
- Supporting project-based orders from enquiry through to completion
- Coordinating internally with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams
- Managing technical documentation, pricing, and delivery clarifications
- Supporting customers with product selection and technical queries
- Ability to interpret specifications, datasheets, and basic P&IDs advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, technically minded, and customer-focused individual
