Head of Finance & Funding

Job Description: Lead and execute the full funding lifecycle, including debt and equity raises
Manage relationships with banks, lenders, investors and funding partnersOversee financial modelling, funding structures and investment analyses
Drive cash flow management and funding drawdown processes
Act as senior finance liaison for auditors, legal and tax advisors
Provide financial insight and reporting to executive leadership
Build and strengthen finance and funding processes as the business scales
Skills & Experience: NON_NEGOTIABLES
Proven funding experience, with full knowledge of endâtoâend funding processesDemonstrated experience working directly with banks and lenders
Senior finance leadership background (title flexible)
Strong commercial judgement and decisionâmaking ability
Confident, decisive leader who is also a collaborative team player
Advanced excel skills
58 years experience in finance, ideally within: Project finance
Investment or corporate financeExperience supporting funding transactions.
Exposure to project-level financial modelling.
Qualification: CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
Alternatively, a strong commercial finance background with demonstrable funding and capitalâraising experience
