Job & Company Description:
This Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing key transactional and accounting functions, with a strong focus on invoicing, creditors, and payment allocations. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Duties:
- Processing quotes and invoicing on Pastel
- Allocation of payments and reconciliations
- Full creditors function
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with general accounting and administrative finance tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
- BCom Accounting or related qualification
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Experience working on Pastel essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
