We are looking for a Junior Front of House Manager to join a vibrant team in Bryanston!

Salary: R18 000 R20 000 per month

• 13 years'' experience in hospitality or restaurant management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Customer service orientated
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations
• Ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage guest satisfaction
• Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Handle customer concerns and maintain service excellence
• Assist with reporting and administrative duties
• Support staff training and development
• Contribute to stock control and asset management
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
• Support business growth and profitability
