Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role (funeral industry experience advantageous)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a calm and respectful manner
• High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and compassion
• Well-groomed and professional personal presentation
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emotionally demanding situations
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (essential)
• Willingness to work after-hours, weekends, and be on standby when required
