This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who combines culinary appreciation, operational discipline, guest delight and strong leadership capability.
You will lead all food and beverage operations while ensuring guests receive an extraordinary dining experience in a spectacular safari setting.

Key Responsibilities
Culinary Excellence- Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop innovative menus and guest experiences
- Ensure consistency of luxury dining standards
- Manage special dietary requirements and personalised experiences
- Drive food presentation, styling and culinary innovation
- Control food cost performance and budget adherence
- Conduct stocktakes and inventory reconciliation
- Manage purchasing and supplier relationships
- Ensure ordering efficiency and inventory optimisation
- Oversee all dining experiences and guest touchpoints
- Build meaningful guest relationships
- Elevate service standards and memorable moments
- Introduce innovative hospitality concepts
- Lead stock control and beverage management
- Manage procurement, administration and reporting
- Ensure optimal cellar and inventory performance
- Drive revenue opportunities
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Build a culture of learning and service excellence

Candidate Profile
You are:
- Passionate about food, wine and hospitality
- Commercially astute
- Highly organised
- Creative and guest focused
- Comfortable operating at luxury hospitality standards
- Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management
- 3–5 years’ experience within luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environments
- Strong Food & Beverage operational experience
- Menu development exposure
- Stock and cost control expertise
- Hospitality training experience
- Purchasing and supplier management capability
- Knowledge of modern food trends
- Driver’s licence
- Competitive package based on experience: R 33 000 - R 35 000 negotiable
