Customer Service Consultant / Internal Sales

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales Consulting and Customer Service roles
• Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of order processing on digital systems
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Confident telephonic manner, with the ability to handle challenging customers professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office platforms and CRM/order management systems
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)

Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Consulting with clients to understand their needs, prepare/update quotations, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Supporting the sales consulting process to drive sales growth and customer retention.
• Uploading and processing sales orders accurately, requiring solid proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
• Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams.
