- Benefits understanding of pension/provident fund benefits and how it works to onboard or terminate these
- Skills has done WSP/ATR before and submitted to SETA on their own and has captured skills information for training on an HR system before
- Electronic HR Systems has worked on a system and understands the importance of data accuracy and timely input and is able to pull reports from there
- Employment law and policies within the scope of work at a minimum but BCEA and LRA as it relates to leave, sick leave
- Communication and stakeholder engagement and management they have various providers for benefits and then the employees
- Reports payroll, skills related and any other ad hoc reports
