Youll support the Hotel Manager in ensuring that every moment of the guest experience reflects care, precision, and effortless sophistication.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support, train, and motivate front-line teams across all departments.
• Handle guest interactions with warmth and discretion.
• Maintain service consistency and excellence across touchpoints.
• Act as Duty Manager when required, ensuring operational flow.
• Drive communication and collaboration between teams.

• Ensure consistent and efficient operations throughout the property.
• Maintain strong guest relationships and excellent service feedback.
• Support achievement of departmental and property-wide goals.
• Reinforce team culture, communication, and accountability.
• Resolve challenges swiftly with calm and effective decision-making.
• Contribute to staff growth and training excellence.

• 35 years experience in a leadership role within a 5-star or boutique property.
• Strong operational knowledge and guest-first approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Composed, organised, and intuitive under pressure.
