A leading player in the manufacturing sector, based in Midrand, is looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function. This role is integral to the business, partnering closely with operations to ensure strong financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic decision-making in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full finance function
- Lead financial reporting, including annual financial statements
- Manage VAT, tax compliance, and statutory requirements
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Enhance cost control and operational efficiencies
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting or related qualification
- CIMA
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or waste environment
