The Role: Internal Sales Representative

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities and supporting the external sales team to achieve overall growth targets. You will engage directly with customers, handle inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify leads, and close deals while maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs to propose the right product solutions.
  • Qualify leads and route opportunities to external sales representatives for further development.
  • Close sales and consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Conduct research on potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and grow the customer and prospect database.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales to drive pipeline performance.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of proven internal sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident and engaging phone manner with experience in high-volume calling.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in retail or industrial product sales is advantageous.
