Human Resources Officer (Retail)

Requirements:

• Matric
• HR Degree/Diploma
• Driver's License
• 3-5 years in HR Officer
• Able to manage a diverse HR Agenda with the ability prioritise and manage time

Duties include:

• Facilitate the recruitment and selection process within the unit in conjunction with the relevant line managers
• Support and facilitation of all facets of industrial relations, inclusive of scheduling disciplinary enquiries, and grievances
• Support and facilitation of the performance management process within the unit, inclusive of probation,
• performance appraisals and poor work performance counselling
• Represent the company at the CCMA
• Review HR Metrics and information and metric analysis
• Act as point of contact for employees and managers
• Provide HR Policy guidance and support.
• Work closely with department managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity as well as staff retention
• Manage Talent portfolio in terms of succession, talent review and talent management for key job positions
• Facilitate people related issues with the relevant management stakeholders for solutioning
• Generate all required HR administration within deadlines
