The Role: Marketing and Design Coordinator

It's ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional eager to develop broader marketing experience in a supportive and fast-paced team.

• Bring 23 years of experience in marketing, design, or creative coordination
• Design and produce digital and print marketing assets using Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate the creation and delivery of event merchandise and collateral with internal and external teams
• Build and update WordPress landing pages and web content
• Use MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) for presentations, reporting, and documentation
• Support marketing operations and campaign tracking; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus

• 23 years of relevant experience in marketing or design
• Proficient in InDesign, Canva, WordPress, and MS Office tools
• Highly organized, with strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proactive and eager to grow within a broader marketing function
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or similar platforms is advantageous
• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
