Job Purpose:

To provide administrative and clerical support on site, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The Site Clerk will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination to support the site management team, particularly during periods of staff shortfall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other digital records.
  • Assist with daily site administration tasks, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Support site operations by providing timely information and administrative assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site protocols, and safety procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support site operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in line with site hours: Monday to Saturday (generally 06h0018h00; sometimes 07h0017h00).
  • Prior experience in the construction or mining industries is advantageous but not essentia
