Duties and Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Welcoming clients and guests, signing in visitors, and ensuring a professional environment.
- Communication Hub: Answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as checking voicemail and responding to emails.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and scheduling appointments.
- Administrative Support: Data entry, filing, scanning, printing, and assisting with tasks for other departments.
- Office Logistics: Sorting and distributing mail, receiving deliveries, and restocking office supplies.
- Security & Organization: Maintaining visitor logs, issuing security badges, and ensuring the lobby area is tidy.
- Receptionists often handle light bookkeeping, such as processing payments or invoices, and provide general information to visitors.
