Finance Admin Clerk

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
Manage switchboard calls and take detailed messages
Coordinate deliveries, mail, appointments, and daily errands
Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with essentials (groceries, stationery, etc.)

Assist with basic finance tasks: prepare purchase orders, send invoices, file documents, manage proofs of payment, split daily invoices

Handle customer queries, follow up on documentation (PODs, packing slips), and support general admin

Assist managers with ad hoc tasks and provide seamless office support

Skills & Experience: Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in office administration and/or finance support

A professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality

Qualification: Grade 12 (minimum), with any Office Admin certification being a bonus
