About The Company:
A leading manufacturer and distributor of premium bottled water, serving the health-conscious market with scientifically purified, antioxidant-rich hydration. Our unique custom-labelled water solutions serve the retail, wholesale, hospitality, and wellness sectors.With a growing network of distributors and a strong manufacturing base, we are looking for a strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth into large-scale retail chains, wholesalers, and independent retail outlets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages inbound emails, calls, and leads, converting them into successful sales.
- Build and maintain sales funnels to meet and exceed targets.
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups and account growth.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly sales and performance reports.
- Drive new business by engaging with potential distributors and customers.
- Utilize digital tools such as Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and eventually Zoho CRM to manage workflows and customer accounts effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record in sales within a high-pressure call centre or customer-focused environment.
- Strong ability to manage sales funnels and close deals consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Desk advantageous; knowledge of Zoho CRM an added benefit.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
