Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions
- Track, allocate, and analyse costs; manage cost accounting and drive financial performance
- Prepare and present accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support the owner with strategic planning and key decision-making
- Conduct business and financial data analysis to guide decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-improvement initiatives
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports
