DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operating switchboard.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries, assisting customers and providing timely responses.
  • Process quote requests / sales orders and ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
  • General admin duties (Filing, record keeping, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent "N" qualification
  • Computer literate & proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Female, 19-25 years age group
  • Fluent in English and at least 1 other official South African language
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in sales administration or a similar role is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
  • Take pride in personal appearance
  • Outgoing, Trustworthy & Honest
  • Self-motivated
  • Enjoy working and interacting with people
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing and able to work after hours / weekends as and when required

REMUNERATION:

  • Will be based on candidates employment / earnings history and is negotiable to a certain extent.
  • Benefits will be discussed with the applicant during interview process.
