Internal Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment

A leading player in the industrial processing sector is looking for a technically strong Internal Sales Engineer to manage projects and key accounts from initial enquiry through to commissioning and after-sales support.
This role is ideal for a mechanically minded engineer who enjoys combining technical design, client interaction, quotations, and project coordination within a structured office-based environment.
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (BEng / BTech / BSc / Trade or Draughting qualification with strong technical background)
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to manage projects from enquiry through to completion
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Willingness to travel locally to sites when required
- Manage key accounts and technical customer requirements
- Support projects from design, quotation, and costing through to commissioning
- Prepare technical proposals and sales documentation
- Coordinate internally with engineering and production teams
- Conduct occasional site visits and support commissioning activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and after-sales support
This role suits a structured, technically capable engineer who enjoys ownership of projects and long-term client relationships.
