Residence Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Take-in
- Office Support
- Administrative duties of student accommodation
- Student Life assistant to Student Life Manager
- Assist the entire team where necessary.
- Assist SLM with year End functions, awards and initiatives.
- Assist students with rental payment queries to manage arrears with PA.
- Assist PA and PM with student retention.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Qualification:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Office Administration will be advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a Receptionist and Administrative environment.
- Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages (MS Office)
