Responsibilities:

  • Take-in
  • Office Support
  • Administrative duties of student accommodation
  • Student Life assistant to Student Life Manager
Year End
  • Assist the entire team where necessary.
  • Assist SLM with year End functions, awards and initiatives.
  • Assist students with rental payment queries to manage arrears with PA.
  • Assist PA and PM with student retention.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualification:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant Diploma or Degree in Office Administration will be advantageous

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in a Receptionist and Administrative environment.
  • Strong Proficiency in relevant computer packages (MS Office) and software packages (MS Office)
