Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the reception area and welcoming clients professionally
  • Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
  • Diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Providing full PA support to management
  • Handling general administrative duties and office coordination
  • Filing, data capturing, and document management
  • Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Previous experience as a PA and/or Receptionist
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Well-presented and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

Advantageous:

  • Experience in a corporate or professional environment
  • Afrikaans speaking (beneficial)
