Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the reception area and welcoming clients professionally
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Providing full PA support to management
- Handling general administrative duties and office coordination
- Filing, data capturing, and document management
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Previous experience as a PA and/or Receptionist
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Well-presented and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Advantageous:
