🎓 Required Qualifications- 25 years experience in agency sales or advertising.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and achieving measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Conduct cold calling, canvassing, and full-cycle sales (pitch to paperwork).
- Provide after-sales service and manage key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
- Passion for the out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry.
- Strong networking skills with existing industry contacts.
- Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
