IT Company in Cape Town is looking for a Remote Support IT Technician who is also able to assist Clients onsite when necessary. Minimum requirements are Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification. Own vehicle and a valid driver's license is a pre-requisite.
Must have at least 2 years IT Field support experience and have good customer service orientation. Please note this is not a senior position.
KPI's wll include on-site and remote IT support to clients, collect / deliver stock and weekly site visits to change backup drives. There is an office based in Durbanville
