KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
- Build meaningful guest relationships and create memorable experiences
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently promote food, beverage and wine offerings
- Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and professionalism
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing hospitality team
- Minimum of 2 years' previous experience within a 5-star hotel, restaurant, wine estate or similar establishment
- Proficient in hospitality POS System
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident upselling and sales ability
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Charming, engaging and guest-centric personality
- Passion for hospitality and service excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans
